Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
Returns are accepted solely for unworn, unused products in original condition, with original packaging, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, as verified by tracking information.

2. Condition Requirements:
Returned items must be free from wear, dirt, odor, or any damage indicative of use. Any item showing signs of having been worn, including but not limited to sole abrasion, creasing, discoloration, or odor, will be deemed ineligible for return.

3. Authorization Requirement:
All returns must be pre-authorized via written approval from SUBTXT. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, refunded, or returned to the sender.

4. Shipping Costs:
The customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where SUBTXT confirms in writing that the product is defective upon receipt. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) business days following product inspection. SUBTXT reserves the right to refuse any return or adjust the refund amount to reflect restocking fees or damages.
