Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Period:
SUBTXT warrants its footwear against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date (“Warranty Period”).

2. Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including, but not limited to:

  • Outsole detachment caused by defective bonding

  • Faulty stitching or seam failure

  • Material separation not caused by excessive or abnormal use

3. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including outsole abrasion, fading, scuffs)

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or alteration

  • Damage from exposure to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or corrosive substances

  • Damage caused by participation in action sports, extreme sports, or activities outside normal intended use

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources

4. Discretionary Evaluation:
SUBTXT reserves the sole right to determine, in its discretion, whether a claim is covered under this warranty. Evidence of excessive, abnormal, or commercial use within the Warranty Period may void coverage.

5. Remedies:
If a claim is approved, SUBTXT will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit for the defective product. No cash refunds will be issued for warranty claims.

6. Claim Process:
Customers must submit a written claim, including proof of purchase, photographs, and a detailed description of the defect, to [your email]. Unauthorized or incomplete claims will not be processed.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing and/or using SUBTXT footwear, the customer acknowledges and agrees that action sports, extreme sports, and recreational activities involve inherent risks of injury, disability, or death.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SUBTXT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use its products.

  • The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of SUBTXT footwear, including but not limited to risks inherent in skateboarding, golfing, or any performance-based activities.

  • This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged damages arise from breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
